Recruitment process for first year of studies will open on April 17, 2025, and end no later than on October 7.

April 17, 2025 – June 29, 2025 – online registration of candidates in Online Recruitment of Candidates system;
April 17, 2025 – July 10, 2025 – qualification tests and entrance interviews - detailed schedule is published below;
July 11, 2025 – publication of the list of initially qualified candidates;
July 11, 2025 – July 31, 2025 – submitting of documents required for enrollment by initially qualified candidates.

Announcements regarding the dates of further procedures not specified by this schedule will be announced below.

Complementary recruitment schedule:

August 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025 – online registration of candidates in Online Recruitment of Candidates system;
September 3, 2025 – publication of the list of initially qualified candidates;
September 3, 2025 – September 7, 2025 – submitting of documents required for enrollment by initially qualified candidates.

Recruitment for Spring semester schedule:

October 1, 2025 - December 21, 2025 – online registration of candidates in Online Recruitment of Candidates system;
February 6, 2026 – publication of the list of initially qualified candidates;
February 9, 2026 - February 24, 2026 – submitting of documents required for enrollment by initially qualified candidates.
February 25, 2026 – first day of Spring semester's classes.

Entrance interview and qualification test dates

Qualification tests and entrance interviews for Medical Dentistry and Medicine

Qualification tests and entrance interviews for candidates for Medicine and Medical Dentistry will be conducted on the following dates:

August 12, 2025
August 28, 2025
September 5, 2025
September 12, 2025
September 19, 2025
September 26, 2025

Additional dates for entrance interviews and qualification tests will be scheduled on an individual basis.

Qualification tests and entrance interviews for Nursing and Midwifery

Qualification tests and entrance interviews for candidates for Nursing and Midwifery will be conducted on the following dates:

August 13, 2025
September 8, 2025
September 15, 2025

Additional dates for entrance interviews and qualification tests will be scheduled on an individual basis

List of the documents submitted by candidates initially qualified for enrollment

Candidate initially qualified, is required to submit the following documents to be admitted to the university:

application form printed out from the electronic recruitment system;
photocopy of identity document, certified as a true copy;
legalized high school diploma and transcript (apostille or consular legalization), nostrified if required by law;
medical certificate confirming the absence of medical contraindications to study a given major;
health insurance policy, European Health Insurance Card, proof of universal health insurance, covering the period of a given academic year when a student is on the territory of the Republic of Poland;
hepatitis B vaccination certificate;
English Language Certificate at level B2 at least - download the list of accepted certificates;
one printed photography and one digital photography;
declaration on choosing installment payment method for basic fee, if applicable.
