Entrance interview, qualification test and subject-specific entrance exam dates

Dentistry and Medicine

Qualification tests, entrance interviews and subject-specific entrance exams (if required) for candidates for Medicine and Dentistry will be conducted on the following dates:

April 28, 2026;
May 7, 2026;
May 27, 2026;
June 10, 2026;
July 2, 2026;
July 7, 2026.

Additional dates for entrance interviews, qualification tests and subject-specific entrance exams will be scheduled on an individual basis.

Nursing and Midwifery

Qualification tests, entrance interviews amd subject-specific entrance exams for candidates for Nursing and Midwifery will be conducted on the following dates:

April 30, 2026;
May 13, 2026;
May 29, 2026;
June 18, 2026;
July 8, 2026.

Additional dates for entrance interviews, qualification tests and subject-specific entrance exams will be scheduled on an individual basis.

List of the documents submitted by candidates initially qualified for enrollment

Candidate initially qualified, is required to submit the following documents to be admitted to the university:

personal questionnaire form printed out from the electronic recruitment system;
photocopy of identity document, certified as a true copy;
legalized high school diploma and transcript (apostille or consular legalization);
NAWA recognition statement - required from candidates whose secondary school certificate is not subject to automatic recognition and requires confirmation of eligibility to apply for studies in Poland;
English Language Certificate at level B2 at least - download the list of accepted certificates;
medical certificate confirming the absence of medical contraindications to study a given major;
health insurance policy, European Health Insurance Card, proof of universal health insurance, covering the period of a given academic year when a student is on the territory of the Republic of Poland; for details - check here;
hepatitis B vaccination certificate;
declaration on choosing installment payment method for payment of tuition fee, if applicable.
