The university posts them in the Application results section. They are posted in accordance with the predetermined schedule of recruitment proceedings - see here.

No, a candidate qualified for admission to a degree program is required to deliver a set of documents by the specified deadline to the headquarters of the Recruitment Section. Once the documents are submitted, enrollment (admission) in the degree program takes place.

The university does not provide for such a mode of study.

There is no upper age limit.

A candidate can apply for admission to any number of programs of study.

The login to the account is the candidate's e-mail address, which he provided during registration. If you don't remember it and can't find your registration confirmation email, then please contact the Admissions Office - see here.

Those who have forgotten their password are required to use the option: "retrieval of password". A new password is sent to the candidate to the e-mail address he/she provided during online registration. If activating the "retrieval of password " option does not work, please contact the Admissions Office - see here.

Yes. If you completed secondary education outside Poland, your documents (e.g. high school diploma, transcript) must be legalized or bear an Apostille.

  • If your country is a party to the Hague Convention (1961) → you need an Apostille.

  • If not → your documents must be legalized by your country’s ministry and the Polish embassy or consulate.

All documents must be translated into Polish or English by a sworn (certified) translator.

Legalized and translated documents must be submitted:

  • during the admission process or

  • no later than upon enrollment (matriculation).

Documents without Apostille or legalization cannot be accepted.

You do not need to go through a recognition procedure if your certificate was issued by:

  • a school operating within the educational system of an EU, EFTA, or OECD country,

  • the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB diploma),

  • a European School (European Baccalaureate – EB),

  • or a country that has a bilateral agreement with Poland on the mutual recognition of education (even if the agreement has expired).

These certificates are automatically recognized in Poland and entitle you to apply for admission to higher education institutions.

Starting July 1, 2025, if your secondary school certificate was issued outside the EU, EFTA, or OECD, and your country does not have a bilateral agreement with Poland, you must obtain:

  • an Official Statement from the Director of NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange) confirming that your certificate grants access to higher education.

Required documents (submitted electronically, signed with a trusted profile or qualified e-signature):

  • completed application form,

  • original certificate or officially certified copy with Apostille or legalization,

  • if the certificate lacks full details, include:

    • final exam results and grades,

    • transcript of subjects and grades,

    • information about the curriculum, grading scale, and length of education,

    • confirmation that the certificate grants access to higher education in the issuing country,

  • certified Polish translation prepared by:

    • a sworn translator in Poland,

    • a sworn translator registered in an EU, EFTA, or OECD country,

    • a Polish consul, or

    • the embassy/consulate of the country that issued the certificate.

Processing time: up to 60 days
Fee: none (procedure is free of charge)

The fee must be paid for each course of study you intend to apply for, the bank account number can be found in the 'payments' tab. 

The bank account number can be found in the application account in 'Payments' section. The account number will be different for each selected program of study.

It is not refundable, except in the following situations:

  • cancellation of education in a particular field of study by the University;
  • payment of the enrollment fee after the deadline;
  • making an overpayment of the recruitment fee.

Refund of the fee is made at the written request of the candidate, the University shall ex officio to the account from which the fee was paid.

Yes, an electronic photo is mandatory. It must be uploaded in the corresponding registration form. It is uploaded once.

During the electronic registration process, the candidate must include a photo in the questionnaire that complies with the photo requirements for an ID card:

  1. photo in accordance with the photo requirements for an identity card (frontal position or with left ear)
  2. file format: jpg, png
  3. the name of the photo: passport number,
  4. dimensions: a minimum of 500x625 pixels,
  5. there must be no other persons or objects visible in the photo!

Attention:

  1. The posted photo will be printed on the first page of the application for admission to the university (upper right corner).
  2. In the case of admission to the first year of study, the photo and data uploaded during registration are placed on the student ID card and student ID Badge.
  3. Admissions Office may reject a photo that does not comply with the guidelines above.
