A candidate who is a foreign national and who is applying for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of studying will be required to submit an application for the aforementioned permit via the MOS (Moduł Obsługi Spraw).  When completing the application for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of studying, the applicant must provide the email address of the Medical University of Lublin, to which a message containing a link to the form in Appendix 5 will be sent: mos.admission@umlub.edu.pl
